It is not offered to the public, has no other users, and noaccounts can be created on it.Who runs itJonathan Benhamu — contact: personal@jonyb.comWhat data it accessesWhen authorised by the owner, Morning Desk accesses the Google accountpersonal@jonyb.com only, using these permissions:Read Gmail messages — to list new mail since the last run and summarise it.Modify Gmail messages — to move a message to the Gmail Trash when the owner approves.Compose Gmail drafts — to save a reply as a draft. Morning Desk has no ability tosend email; the send permission is deliberately not requested and no send function existsin the software.Calendar events — to create or update time blocks on the owner's own calendar.Where the data goesAll data is processed and stored locally on the owner's personal computer, in a privatedatabase outside any shared folder. Nothing is uploaded to a server operated by Morning Desk,because no such server exists. Message text may be sent to Anthropic's Claude API solely toproduce the owner's own summaries and suggestions, under Anthropic's terms; it is not used totrain models. No data is sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to any other third party, and noadvertising or analytics of any kind is present.Retention and deletionData is retained on the owner's computer for as long as it is useful to him and is deleted athis discretion.
