The proposed intervention consists of the demolition of the existing roof and the construction of two new attic levels.
The new areas would house three apartments, two of which are duplex.In the face of the new additions, it was essential to build an elevator. To guarantee a proper access to each of the existing apartments from the elevator, we proposed a series of open corridor sat the back of the building, which serve at the same time as balconies.
